William E. Donahoo is an attorney with Donahoo & Associates PC and handles case management and firm administration. William joined the firm in 2009 and specializes in representing clients in wage and hour cases involving the non-payment of Prevailing Wages and assisting with the firm’s complex matters including large individual actions, class actions and PAGA cases.
Mr. William Donahoo brings over 20 years of business and senior executive experience from software, technology and internet sectors where he managed various technology businesses, product lines, business development strategies, partner marketing solutions and vendor relations. Donahoo was admitted to the California Bar after successfully completing California’s Legal Apprenticeship program.
In addition to his experience in software and technology companies, he has held senior executive positions at litigation support and management firms where he worked with law firms pursuing mass torts and personal injury settlements.
Along with participating in active litigation, William supervises the Firm’s case management, business operations, marketing and technology initiatives. His organizational and management skills also provide benefits in managing large cases and class actions. William Donahoo and Richard Donahoo are twin brothers.
William Donahoo is a member of Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and California Employment Lawyers Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in business administration.
